In the glass, mix the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar, stirring it until the sweet stuff disappears. Drizzle the raspberry sauce over the outside rim of the glass, creating the illusion of blood dripping. The tequila is added next, then the club soda, and ice. Finally, cut the bottom of one gummy heart with a sharp knife, cutting a small a slit to secure over the edge of the glass.

Combine chilled vodka (chilled very important) and lime juice in a shaker, mix it up, and then strain that bad boy into a shot glass. Next, you're going to use the straw to create the 'brain' by dipping a little Irish cream into the shot glass, being mindful to place your finger over the top of the straw once it's in the glass to hold the cream in the straw. Slowly release your finger. You'll notice the Irish cream curdling thanks to the lime juice. Keep repeating the process, creating the brain-look out of globby strands of the cream. Finally, add a little grenadine to complete the look with a touch of 'blood'.
