The ingredients you are going to need for Picadillo are: 1 pound of ground beef; 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, green olives, drained capers and olives; 1 teaspoon of black pepper and ground cumin; 1 medium onion, diced large green bell pepper; one half of a teaspoon of salt and ground cinnamon; a quarter of a teaspoon of cup currants and one can of whole tomatoes.

For the Pico de Gallo, you are going to need: 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro and fresh lime juice; salt to taste; one third of a cup of minced red onion and two thirds of a cup of diced tomatoes. For serving, grab some lettuce leaves, cooked rice and some chopped cilantro. For preparation, heat a skillet on medium heat, add beef and stir it while it is cooked. Take a pan and add oil where you will cook the onions with bell peppers, garlic, salt black pepper, cinnamon and cumin and cook until fragrant. Add the beef, tomatoes from the can, capers, olives, currants and cook until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. While it simmers, prepare Pico de Gallo, add the minced shallot, minced cilantro, tomatoes, and lime juice with a dash of salt. To serve, take a lettuce, fill it with the beef mixture, add a spoon of rice and spoon of Pico de Gallo. Bon appetite!

The ingredients you will be needing are: 1 small cabbage chopped into slices; 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sesame oil; 2 large carrots cut into strips and minced garlic cloves; third cup of coconut aminos and 4 green onions for garnish. For the choice of proteins, you can use shrimps of chicken.

To prepare this dish, first, you need to melt the coconut oil on medium heat, and after that, add the cabbage. Add carrots and saute them until they are soft; add water if needed to soften the veggies. After that, add the sesame oil and coconut aminos, saute until everything is soft and absorbed. Then, add the garlic and cook until everything is fragrant. Add the green onions on top. Cook the chicken or shrimps on the side and after that, toss it all together. Enjoy!

Add the lemon juice and onion, add them in a bowl with scooped avocado and mash everything up. Then, add tuna, pepper and salt and combine everything.
