Growing taller or not all depends upon your parents and the genes you are carrying from them. This is what everyone says and that is true too! But there are ways, by which one can help oneself in growing tall and straight. For knowing what to do to grow taller, it is important for one to know what might cause to hinder the 'growing tall' process. And hence, here are those unique methods to follow in according with reasons that might hinder your growth process and the alternatives you should use to overcome that problem.

1. Take good amount of care during Puberty time:

For girls or boys, puberty causes many changes in the body and height is one such factor which depends upon the healthy intakes one takes during the puberty time. Whether you take healthy diet before puberty time or after it might not cause much change to your body, but the diet you take during the puberty time plays a major role in affecting the hormones which involve in changing many factors of the body in which height is a major one! Hence take as much proper care as possible during puberty.

2. Do Hanging Exercises Regularly:

Exercises are meant to keep the body fit. This is what we all know perfectly. And yes, it also helps us to stretch the body muscles which helps us to stand still and fit with perfect body which looks taller than the bodies which are shrinked/bent.

3. Adequate amount of Sleep is must for the body:

The human growth hormone is already present in our bodies, and it is produced during the night time, when the body rests completely without any disturbance. Hence minimum of 6-8 hours of sleep is essential for the body.

4. Eat Right:

What you take into your body reflects upon how your body looks! And hence, major intake of good healthy food is required for the body to look flawless and tall. Though, children love to eat junk food during much of their childhood, it might also hinder in the growth process due to insufficient intake of nutrients, minerals, calcium and etc which are utmost necessary for the growth of the children. The key to eating healthy is to take a proper diet at the proper timings regularly for a proper change to be seen in the body's development.

5. Keep your immune system strong:

What does this mean? When the topic of immune system comes, then the first thing that comes to our mind is the 'Vitamin D' which is essential for the healthy bone management. Vitamin D can come from adequate exposure to sunlight or from the intake of good amount of fish, mushroom, dairy products, eggs, pork, tofu and etc. If this sufficient amount is not happening, then the vitamin D capsules are also recommended for the areas where there is a low exposure to sunlight! Deficiency in vitamin D can cause "Rickets" in children which might result in the weaking of bones creating major problems health wise and hence that should be taken care of by taking proper intake of the Vitamin D.
