When you have a toddler in home, it means you have many half eaten apples in your fridge. Our house is not an exceptionâ¹ï¸.
When I was thinkingð¤ what to do with that other than apple juice and pancakes, fritters came to my mind. My daughter totally loved it and was asking for more. Hope you love it.
Ingredients
Wheat flour â 1 1/2 cup
Rice flour â 2 tbsn
Baking soda â 1/4 tsp
Sugar â 1/4 cup or more( depends on sweetness of apple)
Milk â 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder â 1/2 tsp
Salt â a pinch
Water â as required
Apple â 1 grated
Oil â to deep fry
