Asian Pear Blended Sangria

 

Serves 2

 

1 Asian pear, peel and sliced

2 teaspoons, fresh rosemary

1 oz. brandy

4 tablespoons honey

1/2 lemon, juiced

3 cups Riesling

 

In a blender, combine Asian pear, rosemary, brandy, honey and lemon juice.  Blend until smooth.

Split the pear mixture between 2 glasses.  Top with Riesling.

Serve

 

Sangria tastes great.  I love them but I hate when you you are taking a sip and a big chunk of fruit hits you in the face.  I found a solution.  Just blend the freakin’ fruit!  Still tastes good!!
