This tender, flakey fish makes a healthy and delicious mid-week meal the whole family can enjoy. By using an oven bag, the fish and asparagus will steam as they cook, and clean up will be effortless!
Ingredients:
12 asparagus spears
4 pieces tilapia fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons white wine or apple juice
2 tablespoons grated ginger
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Few sprigs cilantro (optional)
