Ingredients
  • 1½ cup mixed frozen strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (stir in after blending)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
