Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dry yeast
½ cup warm water - (105-115 F.)
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup non-fat milk
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1½ tablespoons olive oil
5 thinly sliced roam tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
â cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Sprinkle yeast over warm water in small bowl. Stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar. Let stand until mixture begins to bubble. Stir in milk, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt.
