Carrot Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup ice
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until combined. It wonât take much as you are really just trying to break up the ice and combine all of the ingredients.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Iâm on a carrot kick. So far, Iâve made a cocktail and soup. I canât get enough. Carrot juice is so good and sweet which makes it perfect for smoothie. You donât even need to add any sweetener.
