Brussels Sprouts Salad (Adapted from Giana De Laurentis on Food Network)
Ingredients

Juice from ½ lemon
¼ cup olive oil
Salt (to taste)

1 lb brussels sprouts, outer leaves only
2 cups arugula
¼ cup almonds (lightly toasted in toaster oven)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
