I try to include veggies in most of the dishes my kids love. They both love chapathi/roti, so here I made carrot chapathi . This goes well with any vegetable gravy or chicken gravy.
Ingredients
Whole wheat flour â 1 1/2 cup
Potato â 1 small or 1/2 big
Carrot â 2 medium sized
Salt â as required
Warm Water â as required to make dough
Oil / Butter â to smear
