Now that itâs November, itâs time to start thinking about Thanksgiving. And by Thanksgiving, I mean stuffing.
I love stuffing â itâs by far my favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner â but I hardly ever think to make it. A few months ago, Jones Dairy Farm asked me to create a recipe for their brand-new stuffing site and I had a ton of fun coming up with (and testing!) some new stuffing ideas.
I decided that it would be fun to contribute a recipe with a regional spin, so I used ingredients that are classic New York: Rye bread, chestnuts, apples, and onions. (Did you know New York is a huge producer on onions? There was even a proposal a few years ago to make it our state vegetable.)
I canât even tell you how good this is â it might be one of my favorite recipes EVER. Pop on over to StuffingAndMore.com to get the recipe!
The site contains over 25 unique stuffing recipes, and each one looks better than the next. I see a lot of stuffing in my future! Youâll also find stuffing tips and a stuffing v dressing poll. (By this point, you obviously know what side Iâm on. #TeamStuffing) While youâre there, donât forget to download a coupon for $1 off two sausage rolls.
