There are days that I just want something thats full of fresh and bright flavors and really a healthy meal. This Chicken, Berry & Almond Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing hits it out of the park and truly couldn’t be easier! A handful of ingredients go in and each one adds color, flavor and great texture. This is by far one of my favorite meals.

Really, there is nothing fancy here but it is rather beautiful isn’t it?! Mixed greens with a little romaine lettuce thrown in there for some crunch. Bright fresh raspberries and blueberries. Tender diced chicken breast {OR hey… Thanksgiving leftover turkey!}. Slivered honey roasted almonds. Now I haven’t had a chance to try everything just yet but let me tell ya, what I have tried I have loved! I’ve been a fan of Beanitos chips for a while but never saw these flavors and they are great! The steak jerky didn’t even last a day haha! Those OLOVES were really tasty and I love the little individual packaging. I cant wait to try that Tikka Masala Sauce in a slow cooker meal!
