I used Nature’s Harvest®  Honey Wheat Bread and my favorite chicken salad recipe to make these kid friendly chicken salad sandwich sushi rolls. Â
They were really easy to make and the boys loved them. Â
First I cut the crusts off the bread then flattened each slice with a rolling pin. Next, I spread some chicken salad on each flattened piece of bread. Â
Then I rolled it up into a little sushi roll and sliced it to fit into my bento box. Â I sliced these into 4 small pieces each. Â
