Chilli powder- ½ tea spoon (use more if you like more spicy)
Tandoori Masala â ½ table spoon
Sweet chilli sausce- 1 table spoon
Lemon Juice 1 tea spoons
Mustard oil -1 table spoon
Red pepper- ½
Chopped red onion ½
Cucumber
Tomato- 1-2
Olive oil 1 tea spoons
Sugar- 1 tea spoon
Salt (1 + ½ ) tea spoon
Black pepper ½ tea spoon
Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon
Description/ How to:
Put some chicken breast in a pot add garlic & ginger paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tandoori masala, lemon juice and mix it properly. Keep it in the fridge for an hour. Put some olive oil in a pan add chicken and some red pepper and fry it for few minutes.
In a separate bowl put some black pepper, lemon juice, mustard oil, sugar, bit salt and mix it properly.
Mix chicken, pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onion, coriander add salad dressing. Toss it and ready to eat tandoori chicken saladâ¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦.
