Chocolate Pretzel Easter Egg Nests

1 bag (340g) 60% dark chocolate chips

400g gluten-free pretzels (can use regular)

1 bag Cadbury Mini Eggs

Directions:

1. Line a mini cupcake tin with mini paper cups. Set aside.

2. Melt chocolate chips in a double-boiler over medium heat. Once melted remove from heat (don't over-heat!) Add the pretzels, and carefully stir them in until they are coated in chocolate.

3. Using a spoon, place the pretzels into the mini cupcake cups and arrange into a nest shape. Set aside in a cool, dry place for the chocolate to harden.

4. Once the chocolate has set, add Cadbury Mini Eggs to the centre of each.
Makes about 24 mini nests. You could also make larger nests with a regular sized cupcake tin - makes 12 large nests. Enjoy and Happy Easter!
