I donât know if youâve ever tried Crock Pot Ribs but if you havenât, you should! No, these are not a true BBQ rib by puristsâ standards but if you a looking for a no fuss, fall of the bone tender, finger licking good rib â these ribs fill the bill! I cooked these in the crock pot and then just baste them with sauce and pop them on the grill (or in the oven) to get a little char and grill flavor on them. They are the busy Momâs answer to BBQ in no time.

These Crock Pot Barbecue Ribs with Strawberry-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce is a great addition to our barbecue sauce recipes. Itâs strawberry season and I had some strawberries I needed to use and decided to turn them into this sassy barbecue sauce. I particularly like sweet sauces on my ribs with a little bit of heat but the heat in this can be turned up just by adding another chipotle of two. I like the strawberry flavor on the front end followed by just a small amount of heat on the back end and this sauce delivers. Itâs really amazing just how much of the strawberry flavor really comes through in this sauce.

We paired our Crock Pot Barbecue Ribs with Strawberry-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce with homemade Crock Pot Creamed Corn and Skillet Corn Bread.
