We love Czech Stop so much it hurts. Czech Stop must be given the highest award possible for making humans happy. Even though the line wraps around the entire store at all times, everyone is happy. Everyone. Not one person is angry about this heinous-looking line. We actually spotted several people laughing instead of becoming sad, angry, and irritable. This is not normal. All I have to do while standing in line is daydream about the egg salad sandwich Iâll soon be eating.
The owners of Czech Stop have to be millionaires. We snooped the back of the building while doing a bit of investigative wealth reporting. All of the sudden, we saw a snazzy bright blue BMWâ the big kind. These people work very hard. I bet they bake and bake and bake until they canât wait to not bake anymore.
My baking and pastry class at Le Cordon Bleu begins Monday. Iâm going to politely raise my hand and tell my chef teacher how happy Czech Stop makes me feel. She and I will become fast friends the second she notices my passionate appreciation for bakers. When Joe the Baker finds out, um, he is probably going to become my facebook friend. This is how I feel, so it must be true.
The only thing about Czech Stop that hurts my feelings is the restroom. This particular restroom is a dirty, paper towel infestedâ mess. The level of dirtiness remains the same every time. Yes, Czech Stop needs to keep up with restroom checking, but customers also need to get a grip. Keep clean or stay home, people. Czech Stop does not have time for slack restroom trashers. Itâs just not right.
Czech Stop makes my heart beat faster just thinking about their egg salad sandwich. This bundle of egg salad sandwich joy has changed my life. Who knew this funky-looking, smooshed item could turn into one of the most exciting sandwiches eaten on the way to Austin. Everyone else in the car is excited about kolaches and cupcakes. My second favorite food from Czech Stop is none other than deviled eggs. The deviled eggs are simply glorious. Thatâs it.
Minus restroom distress, Czech Stop is the only place to stop on the way to Austin.
