2 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats, ground in food processor
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: These cookies are sure to disappear from the cookie jar in no time. Let your family and friends savor each bite by baking them on parchment paper! When you do, your cookies will bake more evenly and slide right off the paper instead of sticking to the pan or breaking apart. And when you use parchment paper, you wonât have a greasy pan to soak and wash later â so sit back and enjoy one of these cookies before they all disappear!
