1 pre purchased piecrust for a 9-inch pie pan
2 cups uncooked dried beans
1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin puree
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons grated
orange zest
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup whole milk
