Ingredients
Whole wheat flour â 1 cup
Banana â a half of big one or one small
Apple â 1/2 apple grated
Milk â 1/4 cup
Oil â 1 tbsn
Brown sugar / jaggery â 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder â 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder â 1/4 tsp
Salt â a pinch
Butter â to smear
Water â as required ( to dilute)
