So while on a family vacation my parents introduced me to something called the PoachPod. I loved poached eggs but honestly I hate making them and the appliance I got to do them was horrible.
The PoachPod is a flexible silicone cooking tool for poaching eggs, baking and molding - easy to use and clean! It allows you to float and poach an egg in boiling water to cook it in about 5 minutes - give or take depending on how you like yours done.
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a slow boil and spay the pods with cooking spray - add eggs
Step 2: Now add your pods with the eggs in them to the slowly boiling water - add lid and cook for 5 minutes (give or take depending on how you like yours - this make take a couple times to see how many minutes for your preference)
Step 3: Removing them the pot can be tricky because it is HOT and they should slide right out (directions say you can flip pod inside out when egg is ready and gently push out but I found they slide out since I sprayed the pod with cooking spray). They do make lifter to get them out but I just used 2 forks to slide into the 2 holes. Enjoy!
