In a deep bowl add the tahini paste, vinegar and lemon juice.
Mix with a fork until tahini is very thick.
Add the harissa paste and mix.
Gradually add the boiling water while mixing, until it reaches a nice consistency. Donât worry if it gets a little runny, as it will be placed in the fridge.
Set it aside to cool then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
When out of the fridge, season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
