In a hurry and need a healthy snack? That is the story of my life right now. If I am not running here, I am running there. I go to cross fit early in the morning, then I get the girls to school and me to work. I have committed myself to less processed foods but the snack bar is oh so tempting on my way to Zumba after work. I saw a recipe for this in Bon Apetit and took the liberty to adjust it a bit. It is just the trick to get me through Zumba and home for a healthy dinner. Bonus--my girls love it too!
