One year ago this month I published my first entry at Figs & Feta.

Funny story: I was a little unfamiliar with the platform at the time and accidentally clicked “publish” on my?rough draft entry.?Rather than deleting and starting over, I decided to let fate and faith take over. ?I’m so glad I did…

Figs & Feta?started out as a way to share my love for Greek food, my heritage and my family’s recipes as well as to enrich my love for photography and writing.?

You may have noticed Figs & Feta has received a little update. We look a little different but our goals are still the same:

1) To offer timesaving tips and short cuts updating the traditional tastes of Greece and the Mediterranean without sacrificing the rich flavors;

?2) To share original, creative and Modern Greek and Mediterranean creations for the 21st Century appetite!
