This is quite a popular dish that is similar to fajitas. It is important that you buy bitter orange juice for the marinade, as it is one of the essential ingredients for it. You can find it in Mexican food areas of any bigger supermarket. The first thing you have to do is bake the Chili or Ancho Chilis on aluminum foil that is 5 inches away from the heat. Do this for 5 minutes until the chilies start to blister. Take these chilies and put them in a freezer and let them stand there for 10 minutes.

After that, peel them and remove all the seeds, then cut them into slices. Cut the steak into 5 pieces and marinade it with bitter orange juice. After that, drain it and cook it piece by piece, by flipping it every 5 minutes. Cook the steak at 135 degrees. To end, add carrots, chilies and onions to the skillet and cool off these together, while stirring. Cook until the onions have a brown color. After that, put veggies over your steak and cut it in strips. This meal should be served a soon as it is ready.

Chicken nuggets at home

Every kid likes chicken nuggets and they will love this dish. The first thing you have to do is to get some bread, tear it up, and put all of it in your food processor, so that you get small breadcrumbs. Buy around 600g of chicken breast and slice the meat into one-bite pieces. Cover the baking paper with flour. Use a small bowl to whisk 2 eggs. Use a second bowl to mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and cornflake crumbs together. Coat all the chicken breasts with flour, than dip pieces in eggs and then coat it with the crumb mix you've made. Depending on the crumbs, you might have to press them on.

Put the chicken pieces into a baking tray with baking paper and refrigerate them for around 30 minutes. Heat the oven up to 180 degrees and then insert the chicken and cook it for 10 minutes. Make a dipping sauce in a small bowl by mixing mayonnaise and chili sauce, then serve the nuggets with dipping sauce.

Chicken teriyaki meatballs

These amazing chicken meatballs are quite tasty and healthier than regular meatballs, since they are made without eggs and not fried, but baked. They are served with delicious teriyaki sauce that has a lot of flavor and makes this meal very exciting and tasty. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the 1 kg of chicken in a medium-sized bowl and create a “well” in the center of it. Add 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs and milk in the center and leave it soaking for a couple of minutes.

After some time has passed take 1/3 cups of crushed pineapple and shallots, 2 spoons of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt and white pepper and add them to the mix. Stir the whole mixture until it forms a single solid shape. Take a mini muffin pan and spray it with canola oil and add tablespoon-sized meatballs into it. Cook the meatballs for around 15 minutes until they are cooked through and have a light golden color. Use say sauce, 1/3 cups of water, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and ginger and put them all in a small saucepan.

Cook them for 2 minutes on medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Mix cornflower with ¼ cup of water and add to the saucepan, whisk the whole mixture well. Toss the meatballs in this sauce and add garnish with some sesame seeds or shallots.

Easy spaghettis

To try mince in a different way, prepare this spaghetti bake that is very simple and easy. The main ingredients of this recipe are spaghetti, mince, and tomato sauce. This yummy bolognaise is something your kids will simply adore. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Use a large frypan to cook 500g of ground beef and when it's done drain it. Use a large dish and add the meat and 4 cups of drained and cooked spaghetti.

Mix these two very lightly. Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a cup of water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a cup of tomato passata to a small saucepan and heat them all slowly while stirring constantly. When this is thoroughly heated add them to the meat and spaghetti mixture and bake it for 1 hour.
