If youâre a regular here, youâve seen recipes for everything from a true Demi-Glace to Lobster w/ Chile Lime Aioli. So, why a hot dog recipe? Just read my profile. I place a good hot dog right up there with Marinated Grilled Flank Steak & Baby Bellas.
Blame baseball (just little more than a month before pitchers and catchers report for duty) and my weakness for Southern fast-food comforts. Still, this is one of those weeknight meals that will have even the most refined foodie asking for more ⦠if that person is truly a foodie.
Optional toppings: Diced onion, pickled jalapeno slices, pico de gallo, avocado chunks, sour cream, Louisiana Hot Sauce (my favorite)
