Banana bread is my favorite thing to bake. I could easily eat the whole loafâ¦not that I would do that! I promise that I share with the rest of the family! There is just something about banana bread that takes me back to when I was a kid and my mom made it for me. I love this set of bowls that I received from Good Cook. Arenât they the prettiest shades of blue?
My job when I was little was to mash the bananasâ¦now itâs my daughterâs job! She takes it very seriously and does a great job. I love getting my children involved while Iâm in the kitchen. My youngest loves to sit on the counter and just watch me. Iâm trying to teach them the importance of homemade foods!
Iâve always thought about writing a cookbook, but I know that I just donât have the time for it right now. I think Iâll add it to my bucket list! Iâm in a food blogger group and one of my fellow bloggers has written a cookbook about her passion, bread! Donna Currie, from Cookistry, has just finished her book and itâs currently in pre-order on Amazon. Make Ahead Bread has 100 easy to use make ahead bread recipes so you can have fresh and delicious breads at any time! If you pre-order Make Ahead Bread by February 28th, Good Cook will give you a free bread pan to help you get started, just fill out this form. (1 per book)
