Ah do I love summer. Sure, there's the warm temps and the longer days, but then there's also the amazing summer vegetables. All I want to eat when Memorial Day hits is fruits and vegetables. Ok, maybe there's a few others things. I'm not a rabbit or anything, and I do enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cocktail, but I digress.
