Grilled Swordfish with Mango Salsa

This is one of my favorite grilled fish recipes that I enjoy in the summertime. It can be also made with any type of firm-fleshed fish steaks, such as halibut or tuna, etc. For beating the heat, it is great to cook outdoors without heating the kitchen up and as well, the spiciness of the peppers has long been known to have a cooling effect on the body. It is elegant enough for entertaining as well as easy enough to make on a weeknight.
The salsa is very good! Donât be shy about tomato- remember that it is a fruit as well. Also, donât make the salsa too far ahead if you are adding hot peppers as that can increase the spiciness of that exponentially.
This fish is excellent served with something like Jamaican rice and peas as well as a tossed green salad. You could also do baked sweet potatoes for an alternative.
As always, I do hope you enjoy!
