Back to the chiles again. This time with a new twist. Not roasted and cleaned, but in their raw state. I used 2 raw Hatch green chiles with most of the seeds removed and cut it up in circles. I added them to my all time favorite Dr Pepper Fajitas.
I have this very nice copper coated grill bowl that I love to use. My oldest daughter gave it to me and it comes in so handy when I want to prepare fajitas on the grill. I can even warm the tortillas by placing them over the veggies when they are almost done. The heat warms them and keeps them all warm until ready to serve.

My daughter started my foodblog, Recipes and Ramblins with the Tumbleweed Contessa, as a place for us to record our family recipes and share them with everyone. Old fashioned southwest cuisine is my favorite but I like to try new things too.
