A delicious late-summer dessert that combines cool, creamy ice cream with a quick and easy apple pie-inspired topping thatâs prepped and baked inside a disposable oven bag for no-fuss cleaning.
Ingredients:
3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced into 1/2" slices (do not peel)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 whole lemon
1 pint ice cream, flavor of your choice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Completely eliminate the need for using extra bowls and spoons by mixing all your ingredients right in the Oven Bag, then popping straight into the oven to bake
