I really donât mind winter, especially living in Colorado. We get so much sun with our snow that even when it's crazy cold outside, it doesnât always feel that way. We donât get stuck with weeks on end of grey, depressing skies atop the snow and ice covered grounds. Itâs pretty perfect.
Whatâs not perfect is getting sick and being plagued with uncomfortable cold symptoms like sore throats, sniffles, congestion and coughs when we could be outside enjoying the sunshine and snow.
There is nothing that I dislike more than a lingering winter cold. This recipe for Hot Toddy Throat Soother is a great tool to help kick that winter cold in the butt so you can get back to enjoying all the great things winter has to offer.
The combination of honey, lemon and ginger in this Hot Toddy Throat Soother Tea are a great natural remedy to help relieve some of the symptoms associated with a winter cold.
