Take your place at the table

Tuesday is quickly becoming my favorite day of the week and it is largely due to the fact that I get to share a fun cocktail recipe. Today’s drink is perfect for spring and summer and with Mother’s Day around the corner, this would be a fun beverage to serve for brunch. Beautiful in color, refreshing in taste, my Lavender Lemonade will make you swoon.

As a bar manager for a high-volume establishment, I am all about simplicity and speed of service without compromising flavor. This cocktail came to life after one of my liquor distributors brought me a bottle of Bols Parfait Amour and its beautiful purple color caught my eye while its flavor ignited passion with my taste buds. Flavored with flower petals (roses and violets), vanilla, orange peel and almonds, Parfait Amour exudes the essence of spring and romance.

I decided to pair Parfait Amour with one of my favorite spirits, Hendrick’s Gin, fresh lemonade and blackberries. Just as I imagined, it turned out to be a symphony of flavors that reminds me of a warm spring day.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. Cheers!
