Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake Dip. This dip is perfectly creamy and a wonderful balance of sweet and tart. Serve with cinnamon bagel chips and strawberries.
Who doesn’t love a really simple and delicious dessert? This Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is so so good friends. Its super simple to make, has great flavor and is pretty darn beautiful if I do say so myself. A mixture of cream cheese, lemon curd, powdered sugar, cream, fresh strawberries and lemon zest. This is basically a great way to get everything you love about cheesecake without having to bake anything. I think you’re going to really love this.
Not that I think you ever need to whip up a sweet treat… but this one is sure to be a hit. A girls get together, Sunday brunch, holidays or just because; everyone is going to want this recipe. I really love cheesecakes like my Meyer Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake and my Caramel Apple Cheesecake but sometimes I just don’t want to bother with the oven. This dip is the perfect solution!

I always look forward to opening up that box and see what surprises I have waiting for me. I can never have enough pasta so I loved seeing a box along with sauce for an easy dinner. The Palo popcorn is SO tasty and the Wasa thins make for a perfect cracker to top with bruschetta for an easy appetizer. I was feeling in the mood for something sweet and decided that the cinnamon bagel chips would be great to go along with a dip.
Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp jarred lemon curd
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp cream
- 5 strawberries, fine dice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- cinnamon bagel chips
- strawberries
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, lemon curd, powdered sugar and cream to a mixer. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Using a spoon, stir in the diced strawberries and lemon zest. Place in a bowl and garnish with a fresh strawberry and more lemon zest.
- Serve along with fresh strawberries and cinnamon bagel chips.
