Leftover happens in our houses occasionally. So always think about using those effectively. At that time this yummy dish came out of my mind
. Totally loved the end result.
Ingredients
Bread – 2 slices
Matar panner – as needed (Recipe here)
Butter – to smear
Method
- Heat the grill pan, smear butter on bread.
- Apply matar panner as required on one side of the bread.
- Cover with another bread slice.
- Grill till both sides are cooked.
- Serve with favourite sauce.
