Continuing My Favorite 5 series, these are five of my favorite cool summer recipes. They are some of my go to dishes after a fun day when I want something tasty but cool. Each one is a favorite enjoyed by my whole family. I’ll be some new recipes for summer over the next few weeks, too, but enjoy these cool summer recipes this week.

Mediterranean Salad with Rotisserie Chicken – I grab a rotisserie chicken on the way home from the pool for this one.

Watermelon Gazpacho – You can serve this in a bowl as a main dish or in shooter glasses as an appetizer.

Best BBQ Chicken – Yes, This is a warm meal but summer is about grilling!
