Hot summer months beg for easy and delicious treats for your family that donât require a hot oven. No-bake cookies are a perfect solution. To make no-bake cookies an even easier snack, use parchment paperâit prevents a sticky mess in your pan and gives you a great decorating surface at the same time.
Ingredients:
3 cups flakey cereal (with dried berries, preferably)
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Drizzle:
2 ounces vanilla almond bark
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
Directions:
