How to make a Persephone cocktail

Love the addition of Monkey 47 Sloe Gin to make a rich and fruity but not overly sweet cocktail. This one is a must try!

Ingredients

• 30mL Laird's Applejack
• 22.5mL Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
• 15mL Monkey 47 Sloe Gin
• 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)

Instructions

1. Fill a Boston glass with ice
2. Add all the ingredients
3. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe
