Pomegranate Juice

Nowadays, Pomegranate is gaining much place as a fruit excellent for fresh clear glowy skin all over the world. Other than juices, many scrubs and masks of Pomegranate are also available in the stores. Pomegranate is a good source of iron and so supports the healthy flow of blood, which prevents and cures all sorts of Anemia. Its possible benefits also need to be balanced against its high caloric content derived from its natural sugars.

Recent studies have shown that Pomegranate Juice kills, destroys the breast cancer cells and prevents breast cancer cells formation. Regular drinking of Pomegranate Juice also helps in inhibiting the development of lungs and prostrates cancer.

Pomegranate Juice

Ingredients:

• 1 large Pomegranate
• 1 fresh Lemon
• 2 tsp Sugar / ½ tsp Honey
• 2-3 pinch Black Salt/Regular Salt
• 2 pinch Chat Masala (opt)

Method:

1. Take out seeds of Pomegranate and grind in a mixer for few seconds with ½ cups of water.
2. Take a small pitcher, pass the juice through a sieve so that the small remains of the hard seeds get removed.
3. Add Lemons Juice into the Pomegranate Juice.
4. Then add sugar, black salt and chat masala and mix well till sugar dissolve completely.
5. Now add 1 cup of chilled water, mix well and enjoy the Pomegranate Juice.
6. Pomegranate Juice can be refrigerated for 1 week.

Note:

• You can reduce the Lemon Juice quantity if the Pomegranate Juice is very sour.
