Fall baking is the best. For one, I can finally use the oven again after some insanely hot summer days. Second and maybe most importantly, pumpkin makes everything better and third, there’s the excuse to get ready for the holidays. Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes from your’s truly, TonieGirl! Well…adapted from Ina Garten. I forgot about these babies with maple frosting and Heath bar topping. Gluten-free and oh, so good!

Leftover Pumpkin Pie Milkshake from Blogging Over Thyme. Eating left over pumpkin pie is one thing, but blending it up with other goodies takes this to a whole new level.
