Fall baking is the best. For one, I can finally use the oven again after some insanely hot summer days. Second and maybe most importantly, pumpkin makes everything better and third, there’s the excuse to get ready for the holidays. Since a pumpkin bake roundup is needed, I’m tracking down recipes that will leave us eating for days.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake Donuts from Delightful E Made. A spice cake mix, pumpkin puree and a sugar glaze go well with say…pumpkin spice coffee.

Pumpkin S’mores Cupcakes from Something Swanky. Because there is no one who does not like pumpkin, s’mores and cupcakes. No one.

Salted Caramel-Glazed Pumpkin Donuts from Diethood. I can only imagine how divine these are. Just as good as a pumpkin ice cream topped with salted caramel…or possibly even better.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes from your’s truly, TonieGirl! Well…adapted from Ina Garten. I forgot about these babies with maple frosting and Heath bar topping. Gluten-free and oh, so good!

Leftover Pumpkin Pie Milkshake from Blogging Over Thyme. Eating left over pumpkin pie is one thing, but blending it up with other goodies takes this to a whole new level.
