There are alway quick tips for cooking trending on social media like Facebook, Google+ and pinterest. I have alway been curious to find out how it taste and if it really works. So the other day, the Husband basically jumped out of bed and said âI want to have this (Brownie in a Mug) for breakfast!â Wanna know how it went?Â
Its so easy that the Husband says he will do it himself. You know its easy if the Husbands says so because he is usually an eyeball/ estimating sort of person when it comes to cooking. So baking with all the precise measurements ainât really his thing. Our mug is really big, almost as big as a rice bowl. But the standard mug will definitely fit all the ingredients!
What can I say about this? It taste pretty darn good for almost zero effort put in! I wonât say its the best brownie recipe because hey come on, its done within 5 mins. But I would definitely make this again if I need a quick fix of brownie or something sweet and decadent.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp cacao
pinch of salt
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water
1. Add all dry ingredients. Mix well
2. Add oil and water. Mix well
3. Put in microwave ( we placed it on medium heat) for 2 mins.
4. Enjoy! (You could also have it with ice cream!)
