Red Velvet Cookies n cream trfuffles

I have a SUPER simple and delicious recipe for you which would be perfect for Valentine’s Day. I’m using the new Oreo Red Velvet cookies for this recipe, and from my understanding they’re limited edition (I hope they change their mind). No, I am not sponsored by Oreo or Nabisco, I just really wanted to try these cookies and do something fun with them for you guys.

These red velvet cookies n’ cream truffles are a great treat to make as a gift if you’re just starting to get familiar with cooking or for a class party. They’re so simple tom make! The packages for Red Velvet Oreos are smaller than average Oreo cookie packages, so if you want to make a really large amount, I suggest buying a few packs.

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cookies n’ Cream Truffles:

1 package of Oreo Red Velvet Cookies

White Chocolate or White Chocolate Candy Melts

2 TBSP Butter

Directions:

1. Grind Red Velvet Oreo cookies in a food processor and add melted butter.

2. Form small balls or you could use a cake pop press which is what I did.

3. Place red velvet cookies n’ cream balls into the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

4. Dip cookie balls into white chocolate and garnish with some Red Velvet Oreo cookie crumbs.

5. Place in miniature cupcake or candy liners.
