3. Add chopped spring onion and sauté for few minutes on high flame, stir occasionally.Â
4. Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and sprinkle some water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
5. Add the rice, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
6. Schezwan Fried Rice is ready, garnish with spring onion greens.Â
