Itâs almost Valentineâs Day. You know what that meansâ¦Bacon! What, bacon didnât come to your mind first? Pfft. Bacon always comes to my mind. Bacon makes everything better. Itâs the truth. Including seared scallops. Weâve drizzled those golden goodies with a warm creamy bacon vinaigrette and topped them off with a bacon crumble. Yeah. Itâs good stuff. Really really good stuff. I wish I had some eloquent string of adjectives to dazzle you with but truth is these donât need some fancy schmancy intro. Theyâre just really really good. (...)
