Spicy black bean guacamole

I could eat avocados everyday, and I pretty much do. It's a good healthy fat and it just tastes really dang good.

I like throwing it in salads, tossing it with quinoa and vegs, and even making a sauce out of it.

But there's nothing quite like guacamole.
