Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or regular soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • t teaspoon canola oil

Preparation

  1. Heat canola oil over medium heat, brown garlic.
  2. Add ground beef to skillet and stir often.
  3. Once the beef is slightly browned, add brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Continue to stir until beef is completely cooked.

Serve over rice, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
