Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 8 minutes Makes: 4 servings

This quick and easy recipe is the perfect express meal the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Chinese five spice seasoning
1 package (12 to 16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and drained
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cups hot cooked rice

Prep:

  1. PLACE Reynolds® Oven Bag in 2-quart oval dish (or similar-sized microwave safe dish).
  2. ADD sweet and sour sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, corn starch and five spice seasoning to oven bag.Gently squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
  3. ADD drained vegetables and shrimp to bag. Gently turn bag to coat vegetables and shrimp.
  4. CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie (included in package); cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of oven bag in dish.

Cook:

  1. MICROWAVE on high for 8 to 10 minutes, until shrimp is pink and opaque and vegetables are hot.
  2. LET stand in bag for 2 to 3 minutes.Carefully open cut top of the oven bag with scissors.
  3. STIR ingredients and serve over hot cooked rice.
