Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 8-10 minutes Makes: 4 servings

Bite into one of these juicy double cheeseburgers to reveal a delicious surprise: a gooey melted-cheese center.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef chuck
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into eight 1/2-inch cubes
4 burger buns
4 tablespoons herbed cream cheese
Lettuce, tomato and onion (optional)

Prep:

  1. TEAR sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil to fit your grill.Make several drainage holes using a grilling fork. Set aside.
  2. MIX together beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; shape each section of beef into a ball.
  3. MAKE an indention in center each ball with your thumb.Insert two cubes of cheddar cheese into indentions. Gently shape beef over cheese and flatten beef into a 4-inch patty making sure to completely enclose the cheese.
  4. PREHEAT your grill to medium-high.

Cook:

  1. PLACE prepared sheet of foil on grill.PLACE burgers on foil.
  2. COOK in covered grill 5 minutes, turn burgers with a spatula.Continue cooking in covered grill until desired doneness.
  3. SPREAD a layer of herbed cream cheese on top halves of rolls.
  4. TOP burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onion, if desired.

Reynolds Kitchen Tip: Lining your grill grates with aluminum foil (don’t forget to add drainage holes!) will prevent cheeseburgers from sticking on the grates and will save you from scraping and scrubbing later.
