Add 4-6 morello cherries and a few spoonfulâs of the juice to a champagne glass. Fill the glass with the Lambrusco. Serve.

Lambrusco is a sweet wine that happens to be sparkling. It tastes great on itâs own but I always like to do something special. I love the added sweetness of the morello cherries. This type of cherries are traditionally used for German desserts but I feel that fruit always tastes better when itâs been soaking in alcohol.
